Bundle Installation

• Navigate to Customization -> SuiteBundler -> Click on Search and Install Bundles
• Type “316818” or "Cybersource for NetSuite" in the Keyword search field and click on the “Search” button.
  Click on the “Cybersource for NetSuite” hyperlink.
• Click on the “Install” button.

Enable bundle

Navigate to Customization -> Plugin -> Manage Plugin. Enable the “Cybersource for NetSuite” plugin and save.

Payment Methods

To simplify installation and configuration of the Suite App we have built in automatic features where possible, however this is able to be overridden per instance should you wish.  We recommend using the automatic method to start and if required use NetSuite's standard process for creating payment methods to amend any settings as needed.

Create Payment Methods (Automatic)

• Navigate to Cybersource Integration -> SuiteApp Configuration -> SuiteApp Configuration.
• Navigate to Configuration -> SuiteApp -> Step 1: Payment Method -> Create Supported Payment Methods (Automatic).

We recommend that merchants have the following payment methods:

• Individual Payment method for each Card Brand you wish to accept Visa, MasterCard etc. set as type "Payment Card"
• If using tokenisation a single Payment method of "Token"  set as type "Payment Card Token"
• If using SecureAcceptance on your webstore, as single Payment Method of type "External Checkout"

For Credit Cards, ACH and Tokens, Payment Method mapping will automatically be processed.

For Order Management and Secure Acceptance Payment Methods (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, Secure Acceptance Credit Card) if the Payment Method Name matches the supported plugin Payment Methods, mapping will be automatically processed. Otherwise, select equivalent Payment Method Mapping.

You can view the created Payment Methods by clicking on the “Payment Method Record” column link.

For any payment methods that you wish to be available online please ensure "Display in website" is ticked.

Payment Method Mapping

Now that we've created the Payment Methods they need to be mapped to a Payment Record in NetSuite

• Navigate to Cybersource Integration -> SuiteApp Configuration -> SuiteApp Configuration.
• Navigate to Configuration -> SuiteApp > Step 2: Payment Method Mapping -> Map Payment Methods.

This should now automatically map the payment methods, to review select Payment Method Mapping -> View Payment Method Mappings    

Payment Processing Profile

Now that we've created all the Payment Methods and mapped them, it's time to Create your Payment Processing Profile (PPP).  This is where you configure your integration, you're able to create as many PPP's as you need allowing you to connect to multiple Smartpay Fuse ID's or to have different configurations available per location

1.      Create Payment Processing Profile

• Navigate to Cybersource Integration > SuiteApp Configuration > SuiteApp Configuration.
• On the top navigation, hover over Configuration > SuiteApp > Step 3: Payment Processing Profile. Click Create Payment Processing Profile.

For the website for which this profile must be applied, enter:

                    i.      Name – Enter Name of payment processing profile (For e.g., “Payment Integration”)

                    ii.      Subsidiary – Select the Subsidiary to which the profile should be mapped

                    iii.      Charge Currency, - Choose a currency

                    iv.       Settlement Currency - drop-down list, choose which currency you want to accept.

                    v.        Bank Account - drop-down list, choose the bank account for receiving payments.

                    vi.      Support Line Level Data – Check the “Support Line Level Data” box to support line data for the integration

                    vii.      Test Mode – Check the “Test Mode” box to integrate with your Smartpay Fuse Test account for processing the payment transactions. Unchecking the “Test Mode” box will run the integration with your Smartpay Fuse Production account.

2. Payment Acceptance and Order Management

• In the Payment Acceptance and Order Management section, in the Merchant ID field, enter your Smartpay Fuse MID.
• In the Payment Processing Profile, choose one of the level types:

                    i.        Level II – to pass Level II data

                    ii.       Level III – to pass Level III data

                    iii.      Basic – to pass default data to Smartpay Fuse

• Choose the Processor Name. Select Blank to pass the request to Smartpay Fuse with the default structure.
   

3. Payer Authentication Configuration

Select the desired Strong Consumer Authentication (SCA) settings for certain scenarios. You can select one or more of these settings:

• To enable SCA for all transactions, click Enforce Strong Customer Authentications for all transactions.
• To enable SCA when the card is being saved for the first time, click Enforce Strong Customer Authentications When Saving Cards.
• To proceed with the authorization when the Electronic Commerce Indicator values are 00 or 07, click the Proceed To Authorization when ECI Values are 00/07 box. This means the cardholder was unable to authenticate for various reasons.
   

4. REST Keys Configuration

You must enter the required REST information obtained from Step 1:

• In the REST Key ID field, enter your REST Key ID
• In the REST Secret Key field, enter the REST Secret Key value
